• PLAN – How to learn from the past negotiations? Generate reports in PDF file format containing the tracked negotiation rounds data and plotted trends. Send the generated report at the e-mail address of your choice or archive it on the iPhone. Analyse the reports to improve the next negotiation strategy. Identify the opponent applied tactics and compare them with yours. Learn the opponent’s pattern of behaviour to be prepared in case you would have to deal with the same negotiation style.
